Enter action code: safely use a link from our email
Some emails from WebOké contain a personal link, for example to pay an invoice, reset your password, accept an invitation or provide your bank account number for a refund. Below that link you will always find an action code.
Don't trust a link in an email? Then don't click it. Go to our website yourself and use the action code. That way you know for sure you are on the real WebOké site.
How to use an action code
- Type www.weboke.nl in your browser's address bar yourself.
- In the Support menu, choose Enter action code.
- Copy the code from the email (for example
terug-3f9a...) and paste it into the field. - Click Continue. You end up on the same page as through the link in the email.
Good to know
- An action code works exactly like the link: if the link has expired or was already used, the same applies to the code.
- We will never ask you to send a password or payment details back by email.
