Paying via a payment link or QR code

For WebOké invoices and orders you can pay via a payment link or QR code. You pay quickly and securely, and the payment is then processed automatically.

How to pay via a payment link or QR code

1. Open the payment link, or scan the QR code with your phone's camera.
2. You arrive at the payment screen. Choose your payment method there, for example iDEAL.
3. Complete the payment with your bank or payment provider.

After payment, everything is processed automatically. You do not need to let us know anything: shortly afterwards the invoice will show as paid in My Invoices.

Viewing outstanding invoices

1. Log in to My WebOké.
2. Go to My Invoices. Here you will find all your invoices, including the outstanding ones.

Good to know

• As long as an invoice is outstanding, you will see a notice at the top of the My WebOké dashboard. That way you never miss a payment.
• Is a payment still not shown as processed in My Invoices after some time? Contact us via the Support centre and we will look into it for you.
