Searching your entire account with the search bar

At the top of My WebOké there is a search bar that searches your entire account: client area pages, products, domains, invoices, tickets and the knowledge base. This means you do not have to click through the menu; you simply type what you are looking for.

How to use the search bar

  1. Log in to My WebOké.
  2. Click the search bar at the top and type a few letters, for example part of a domain name or an invoice number.
  3. The results appear instantly as you type, grouped by topic: you can see at a glance whether it is a domain, an invoice or a knowledge base article.
  4. Click a result to go straight to it.

Using the keyboard

You can also navigate the search results entirely with the keyboard:

  • Use the arrow keys to move through the results.
  • Press Enter to open the selected result.
  • Press Esc to close the search panel again.

Good to know

  • The search bar also searches the knowledge base. If you are looking for an explanation of a topic, you will find the relevant article straight away among the results.
