Welcome to the new My WebOké: here's what has changed

My WebOké, the environment where you manage your products, domains and invoices, has been completely redesigned. We developed the portal ourselves, so that everything fits our services exactly. In this article you can read what has changed and where to find everything.

Logging in

You log in at https://mijn.weboke.nl/login. Do you still have a bookmark or shortcut to the old client area? Replace it with this address.

The new menu structure

The menu on the left has been reorganised:

• Dashboard: your home page with an overview of your account.
• My Products: all your packages and services.
• My Domains: your domain names and everything that goes with them, such as DNS.
• My Invoices: your invoices and payments.
• My Administration: your details, contacts, login details, users, received emails and the archive.
• Support centre: need help? This is where you ask your question or create a ticket.

Logging in for the first time

When you log in for the first time, a short tour may appear showing you the main features. That way you know straight away where everything is.

Good to know

• At the bottom left of the menu you will find a switch for dark mode.
• Come across something that does not work properly? Report it via the Support centre and we will pick it up quickly.
