How do I enable two-step verification?

Two-step verification (2FA) gives your WebOké account extra protection: when you log in, you need a code from an authenticator app as well as your password, for example Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password.

Enabling two-step verification

  1. Log in to My WebOké.
  2. Go to My login details (via My Administration › Login details).
  3. Go to the Two-factor authentication section and follow the steps: scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the code from the app to confirm.

From then on, when you log in we will ask for the code from your app as well as your password.

Good to know

  • New phone, or no longer have access to your authenticator app? Contact us and we will help you get going again.
  • On the same page you can also see your active sessions and change your password.
