Updating Joomla and WordPress via Installatron

Updating Joomla and WordPress is very easy and works in almost the same way.

First open the DirectAdmin control panel; you can do this by going to My Products and clicking the 'DirectAdmin' button.
Then open Installatron in DirectAdmin and go to WordPress or Joomla. You will see a red button; this is the update button. Click it.

This screen then opens, where you choose which version you want to update to. You can fill in all other settings as you wish.

Then click 'upgrade' and the update will start; a backup is made automatically first.

You have now updated Joomla or WordPress to a new version.
