Order Office Suite license and assign to Nextcloud user

Want to extend Nextcloud with the Office Suite, so users can edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations and diagrams in the browser? Then you buy a licence per user. That way you only pay for the users who really use the Office features. More about the Nextcloud Office Suite.

Step 1 Sign in at mijn.weboke.nl, go to My Products and click Manage next to your Nextcloud package. At the top, Office Suite licences shows how many licences you have and how many are in use.

Step 2 On the same page go to Configurable options and set the number of Office licences to the amount you want. One licence is for one user. Click Save options.

Step 3 You see the additional charge for the remaining term of your package, excluding and including VAT. A licence costs 24 euro per year; because you only pay up to the next renewal date, the amount now can be lower. Click Confirm and pay and pay the invoice. After payment the licences are available immediately. From the next renewal they are part of your package price.

Step 4 Scroll down to User management and turn on the switch in the Office Suite column for the user you want. The change is saved immediately and the user can edit documents right away. When creating a new user, tick Assign Office Suite licence instead.

Moving or reducing licences If all licences are in use, turn Office off for another user to free one up. Need fewer licences? Lower the number under Configurable options. A decrease takes effect immediately and is reflected in the price from the next renewal.
