How do you train the spam filter?

Training the spam filter is easy! If you receive an email that wrongly ends up in your inbox (in other words, spam), you can drag it to the spam folder manually. You will find the spam folder in/under the INBOX. Conversely, if a legitimate email wrongly ends up in the spam folder, simply move it back to your inbox.

This works via IMAP, which means you can do it from any email program you use (PC, tablet, phone) and via our webmail at webmail.weboke.nl.

By doing this, you help our system get smarter at recognising spam and genuine emails. The filter learns from your actions, so future messages are filtered better!
