Ordering more storage (disk space)
Running out of storage on your hosting package? You can easily order extra space in My Products. The upgrade takes effect right after payment and your website and e-mail keep running.
Ordering extra storage
The product management screen is in Dutch; the button names below are shown as they appear, with a translation in brackets.
- Log in to My WebOké and go to My Products.
- Click the hosting package you want to expand. Under Verbruik (usage) you can see how much of your storage is in use.
- In the Configureerbare opties (configurable options) block, choose the new size next to Opslagruimte (storage), for example 15GB or 20GB. Each choice shows what it costs extra.
- Click Opties opslaan (save options). You now see the additional charge for the rest of your current period, excl. and incl. VAT.
- Click Bevestigen en betalen (confirm and pay) and pay the invoice.
The new storage is configured on the server right after payment. If you pay by direct debit, the upgrade takes effect as soon as the direct debit order is created; you do not have to wait until the amount is collected.
What does it cost?
You only pay the additional charge for the rest of your current period (pro rata). From the next renewal the extra storage is included in the price of your package; you can see the new renewal price on the product page in My Products.
Reducing again
Choosing a smaller storage size is done in the same place and takes effect immediately, without an invoice. Make sure your usage stays below the new limit, otherwise you can no longer store new files or e-mail.

Email Only packages and reseller packages have the same Opslagruimte option; the steps are the same.
Prefer a bigger package?
If you need more computing power or traffic as well as storage, choose a bigger package on the same product page under Hostingpakket wijzigen (change package). That upgrade also takes effect right after payment.
