Ez akkor fordulhat elő, ha abban a mappában, amelyet meg próbál nyitni, nincs index.php vagy index.html fájl. Ha tehát a www.sajatdomain.xx címet nyitja meg, és ezt az üzenetet kapja, akkor a public_html mappában (Windows-tárhely esetén a httpdocs mappában) nincs index.php vagy index.html fájl.
